Starting on the Autism Journey with two children on the spectrum was pretty daunting until I found Claire and the team at AIM OT. At AIM both children have greatly benefited from early intervention therapy, group therapy and since starting in the mainstream system this year, they are now receiving school based therapy with Claire. The difference in both children since they started at AIM is amazing and I will say without a doubt Claire and her team have contributed greatly to their success. Claire is the ultimate professional, she has gone out of her way to support me and the children with any issues great and small. She is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, hands on and proactive and she passes these attributes onto her team. I would definitely recommend AIM OT to anyone in need of superior Occupational Therapy!

Totally agree with all the comments thus far.The whole team at In Balance are second to none and the owner should be rightly proud.I have had my whole life totally transformed in the last 9 months and I owe it all to In Balance and they don’t just address the physical.It is obviously more than just a job to the people who work there and they genuinely care for each person’s whole welfare and are highly professional, friendly and courteous and I feel more like one of the family.With a major shift under way in Australia away from pain medication towards non medication treatments I seriously recommend Physiotherapy by one of In Balances highly experienced and expertly trained Physiotherapists who have obviously been hand picked – I know I was absolutely astounded at the relief I got when I was crippled with back pain, so much so I could barely walk, and I didn’t need any medication whatsoever and at that stage I seriously thought that I had a slipped disc.10 stars

Had a pleasant experience today at an ambulance forum conducted bye Luke from The behaviour collaborative Great work on hosting the event health consumers council resourcing views from think field the timekeepers kept us on track whilst having a great time and along the way however the disabled access to the venue itself was a bit hard as the doorbell was too high also we were not given the guest Wi-Fi password look forward to coming across opportunities like this again thank you to Luke facilitator Health Consumers Contcil organisation in charge of the project and think field the agency responsible for finding participants which were all reimbursed for their time

I literally stumbled across Penny at Skillbuilders 2 and a half years ago when I was in her office as a sales rep for another company. Whilst I was waiting to speak with her, I read some material about what skillbuilders provided and as I recently had a young 2 year old at the time who had been diagnosed with SED (Selective Eating Disorder), when I eventually got to speak with Penny, I was delighted to find out she had a workshop coming up in the next few months that parents could also attend that provided a set of tools that we could learn to use in the home at meal times.In 6 short 1 hour sessions a week apart, we watched, listened and then implemented what we learned at these sessions at home and the results were simply nothing short of miraculous. From a young toddler that would literally throw up any new foods as soon as we managed to get them in his mouth to be willing to touch, smell, lick, taste, chew and then swallow 3 or 4 new foods to him in a session, our lives were immediately changed from frustrated and almost desperate parents to being relieved and gracious that Penny was able to share a simple but effective set of skills and tools that has changed all our lives in our small family.I can't recommend Penny and her team highly enough for the healthy eating habits our now 5 year old son Caelan has developed! Thank you.

This therapy service is amazing, my daughter is currently receiving physiotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy weekly, the staff are amazing at what they do and have helped my daughter come so far already. They also listen to any concerns I have and are always there to help us and guide us to better understand what is going on and give great Knowledge/tools of ways we can better help at home in between sessions.Would highly recommend to everyone.

When my son started attended Speech Therapy with Lauren he was almost a year behind his peers in his articulation. Everyone except me had trouble understanding him and it was affecting his schooling and left him very emotional about being constantly misunderstood. Then we started seeing Lauren, and everything changed. I can't speak highly enough of her and our experience with Smart Talk. She made speech therapy fun and something he looked forward to every week. After less than a year of weekly speech therapy sessions with Lauren my sons articulation is now at the appropriate level for his age, he is thriving at school, and everyone who meets him has no trouble understanding him at all, and can't believe he ever needed speech therapy. I can't believe how much progress was made in such a short time, she really changed his life for the better.Thanks Lauren!
